The plants at Discovery Garden are coming along nicely. Although I prefer to plant only perennials, I've gotten hooked on this lovely flower annual, alyssum or snow princess. The fragrance is sweet, lovely and divine. I only wish everyone could smell it. I have visited homes where alyssum is planted alone the walkway, with their fragrance making quite an impression as you walk to the front door. Because of the harsh winter we had this year, this is the first year I've to replant them.

This is the first time in many years that I decided to grow corn. Looks like it doing well.
I have noticed that many other gardeners are growing potatoes, like the ones below.
