Recipe:
2 or 3 medium squash
One medium onion
2 medium tomatoes
1/2 to 1 stick of butter
Garlic salt
Black pepper
Slice squash, onion and tomatoes thinly. Layer vegetables in pan. Place slices of butter on top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees. Check vegetables after about 30 minutes. Cook to desired tenderness.
